3.1 Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid TikTok Business account
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Content Compliance

  • All uploaded content must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines
  • You retain full responsibility for content you publish
  • Content must not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
    • Spam or misleading information
    • Harmful or dangerous content
    • Content that violates applicable laws

3.3 API Usage

  • Service usage must comply with TikTok’s API Terms of Service
  • Rate limits and usage restrictions apply
  • Misuse of API may result in service termination

4. Service Limitations

4.1 Availability

  • Service availability is not guaranteed 24/7
  • Maintenance windows may cause temporary interruptions
  • Third-party dependencies (TikTok API, Make.com) may affect service operation

4.2 Content Delivery

  • We do not guarantee successful publication of all content
  • TikTok’s content moderation may prevent publication
  • Technical issues may cause upload failures

5. Data and Privacy

  • We process minimal data necessary for service operation
  • TikTok authentication tokens are securely stored
  • We do not access or store your video content

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your content
  • You grant us limited license to process content for service delivery
  • Our service and technology remain our intellectual property

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not responsible for TikTok account suspensions or restrictions

8. Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service
  • Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate service at any time
  • We may suspend service for policy violations
  • Upon termination, access to automation features ceases immediately

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South Korean law without regard to conflict of law provisions.
